The CER200 series is efficient extruder for the industrially manufacturing of PTFE profiles. Multiple tooling can produce economically large quantities of rods and pipes. Everywhere, where it depends on small space requirement and small current consumption, the CER200 is ideal extrusion, in order to produce economically. Frame, control system and hyraulic unit is designed as a solid unit. The control system is equipped with a PLC and has a control panel to setup all necessary parameters.
Many accessories and options are available. So for example LAN-connection to a server, data logger, self teaching closed loop systems and much more.
